For a late cancellation the 50% of the total amount will be charged as penalty fee. For reservation of 5 or more nights and for 2 or more rooms the cancellation is required at least 10 days before arrival date. The reservations through web’s agencies we cannot accept directly cancellations or changes it needs to be done through them. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. We only accept directly changes and cancellations wrote by e-mail or by fax (not by phone). For more info please contact us at info@dimoraaltea.com Payment Information, Arrival and Departure A credit card is required only to guarantee the payment of the balance or the total amount of reservation is required upon arrival (check in), payment may be made in cash or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, Amex, JCB, CartaSi, Poste Pay). On the day of arrival rooms will be available from 11:00/12:00 but if you arrive before you can leave your luggage at reception. The day of departure we ask you kindly to leave the room before 10:00 am. Arrival time Please inform us of your arrival time in Florence (Train Station or Airport). The check-in is from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, it's important to confirm us your arrival time. When you'll know it more exactly you can also communicate it calling a day before or the same our phone +39 055 353 789 because we usually close the check-in at 7:00 pm and we don't stay at our reception all the time during the day. Check-in is guaranteed also after 7:00 pm but you have to inform us of your arrival time in Florence by e-mail or phone. General No-smoking rooms, express check-in/check-out, heating, luggage storage, gay friendly, all public and private spaces non-smoking. Tour desk, fax/photocopying, wireless internet is available in the entire Bed and Breakfast and it's free of charge. Children and extra beds All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding . All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1. Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the Bed and Breakfast. Pets Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges. Parking facilities One can easily arrive by car right to the door of our Bed and Breakfast. From there you can choose to park on the street using the public paid parking zones (blue lines) which costs 1,50 euro per hour between the hours of 8am-8pm and is free during the night and public holidays, (10,00 euro for 24h with our hotel tourist parking card). Otherwise, should you prefer, a garage is one situated 50 m from the bed and breakfast at cost of 20 euro per day, or 300 meters at cost of 15 euro per day. |
